The monitoring at B-G and the collection of Data in connection therewith have the purpose of:-ensuring the safety of employees-protection of property-controlling production-keeping confidential information the disclosure of which could expose B-G to harm.
The data processed for the purposes indicated above may be made available to other entities,i.e:-Krajowy Rejestr Długów Biuro Informacji Gospodarczej S.A. with its registered office inWrocław-entities with whom B-G has concluded agreements on entrusting Data processing, i.e. entitiesproviding services: IT, HR and payroll, legal, administrative, postal, courier, marketing andgraphic design. Data may be disclosed to authorised employees or associates of B-G, as well asto entities providing support to the Company on the basis of outsourced services and inaccordance with concluded entrustment agreements.-entities authorised under relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement agencies)-outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC for the operation of the Google Analyticsservice based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are the standard contractual clauses forthe protection of personal data approved by the European Commission
You have the right:-to access to and rectification of your Data-to delete, restrict processing of your Data-to data portability-to object to the processing of your Data-to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing incase of processing on the basis of your consent to data processing-to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if youconsider that the processing of your Data violates the Data Protection legislation.
B-G will retain and use the Data only as necessary for the purpose for which it was providedand only for as long as necessary. B-G reserves the right to process Data after the terminationof the contract or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent, at the time and for the purposeof asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges B-G toretain the Data.
Additional Data is only collected by B-G where you have expressly given your consent.
